Deliveries are scheduled at the time of booking. Please provide accurate information regarding the delivery address and preferred delivery date. 

Delivery Access

• Site Access: Ensure the delivery site is accessible and clear of obstacles (vehicles, debris, low-hanging branches, etc.). The delivery truck requires a minimum width of 10 feet and a height clearance of 14 feet.

• Permits: It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or permissions with their township or HOA for placing the dumpster on public or restricted property.

Placement of Dumpster

• Location: Specify the desired location for the dumpster. Our driver will place the dumpster as close to the specified location as safely possible.

• Safety and Stability: The chosen location must be stable and capable of supporting the weight of the dumpster. Avoid areas with soft ground, steep inclines, or potential hazards.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: Deliveries are typically made between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Specific time requests will be accommodated as much as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

• Delayed Delivery: Prime Rolloff Solutions is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or site accessibility issues. We will notify the customer as soon as possible in case of any delays.

Our rental period is typically 10 days. If you need more time for your project, please inform us during your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you hold the dumpster for longer than the agree upon timeframe, there is a $10 per day rental fee.

Loading a dumpster container is crucial for safety, efficiency and maximizing space.

Overhanging debris poses a risk of falling out, potentially causing personal injuries or property damage.

Ensure that waste do not extend beyond the top edge of dumpster. 

Overfilling can lead to addition fees.

Each dumpster container has a standard allowable weight limit. We can only determine if this limit has been exceeded once the contents have been disposed of. If the weight exceeds the allowable limit, the extra charges will be automatically invoiced.

Hazardous materials such as batteries, paint, oil, solvents, pesticide, cleaning agents are prohibited to be disposed in landfills for environmental and safety reasons as well as the following:

• Asbestos - counting products

• Appliances with CFCs (air conditioners, refrigerator, freezers, dehumidifiers, etc)

If any of these items are fund in the container, additional fees will incur.

If you are unsure if you have a hazardous item, please call us before you place it in the dumpster.

*Tires & Mattresses including box springs are charged an extra fee per item.

Dirt or concrete should not be mixed with any other debris. 

Concrete and dirt should not be mixed either.

If you need  a concrete or dirt box call us. These type of containers must follow different DOT guidelines. 

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. 

Due to the increasing CC processing fees we limit the CC payments we accept. 

• We do accept payments through Zelle.

• You can also pay through a Bank ACH debit. (We will send you the link when you request it)

• You can send a check payable to Prime Rolloff Solutions to our mailing address.

Customers are responsible for obtaining city permits and ensuring proper ground conditions for delivery, placement and removal of our container. The renter (you) are responsible for any damage to the dumpster while in their possession; vandalism or graffiti, and damage while loading the dumpster with machines, you will be liable and charge for any damages, including repairs to the container.

• Dumpster pick-ups are not automatic and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  

• We do not assume you are finished with your dumpster unless we are contacted by you with confirmation. 

• You can request early pick up at no extra charge.
